Nestled amidst the Kitzbühel Alps and the Rofangengebirge lies the family-friendly village of Reith im Alpbachtal. Whether in spring, summer, autumn, or winter, the property is ideally located for hikers, mountain bikers, wellness enthusiasts, and the sporty active.

In winter, you can ski down 109 kilometres of pistes in the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. The chalet is just a few minutes' walk from the centre, right next to the family playground.

No, smoking is prohibited throughout Haus Sylvia. Ashtrays are provided on the balconies.

No. Haus Sylvia is spread over multiple floors and is partly only accessible via stairs. Although Haus Sylvia is partially on one level, stairs may need to be used depending on the area.

  • During the peak season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 30.00 % of the total price
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: 70.00 % of the total price
  • Up to the day of arrival (6.00 pm): 90.00 % of the total price
  • Cancellations must be made in writing; travel insurance is recommended.

Yes, well-behaved and groomed dogs are welcome at Haus Sylvia. Beds and upholstered furniture are strictly off-limits for dogs. A charge of 50.00 euros per stay/dog applies (please state at the time of booking).

Haus Sylvia is just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, where there is a baker's, butcher's, dairy, supermarket, ski hire shop and several restaurants.

Prices are per day and unit, depending on the number of occupants (up to 5 people).

The concept is based on self-catering. Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge upon request.
